I granted access to my account through a website for some sketchy application, now I want to remove it. How?
IF THERE'S AN ERROR, MAKE IT RED, NOT GREEN LIKE THE REST OF YOUR INTERFACE, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RECOGNIZE AN ERROR IF IT BLENDS IN? Seriously, I wonder if the people at Spotify ever think before they do something.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
Also, please kudo this idea and post there so they know people want to manage third party access permissions:
