Superuser Contribution cannot pin any new playlists or artists (premium user)

I've not been able to pin any new artists or playlists. I have spotify premium and only 3 things pinned. Idk why I can't pin any new ones. Like the button is straight up not there.

Is anyone else getting really odd suggested albums? Mine are mostly not in genres or artists that I typically listen to, and most artists have 1000 monthly listeners or less. It’s very strange.
