A problem with invites

Hi! My family has a family subscription, but two of the family members don't recieve the invite. I've tried resending it several times, and removing them from the subscription and add them again, but they just don't recieve the invitation. HELP!

Superuser Contribution The invitations on a Familiar Plan has not been received

I just created the account and invite the members of my family, but the have not receive the mail with the invitation neither in the mailbox or the spam box. How can I contact with spotify for that?
