Problemas con la app

Tengo un iPhone 5 con iOS 9.2 y tengo Spotify premium. Cada ve que usó la app, después de unos minutos se cierra. Ya reinicie el teléfono, elimine y descargue la app, y nada funciona. Alguna idea?
