We have a Premium Family Plan. My husband is trying to listen to an Audiobook but he got cut off because apparently there are only a certain number of hours per month you can listen? Other than the fact that this makes zero sense (WHY???) I am trying...
What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

my card was charged 5 times after trying to update my card info.. I can't reach anyone to get this fixed. I need to change this - ASAP and get my money back. Even with these 5 payments Spotify is telling me that my premium has run out. PLEASE HELP!
