We have a Premium Family Plan. My husband is trying to listen to an Audiobook but he got cut off because apparently there are only a certain number of hours per month you can listen? Other than the fact that this makes zero sense (WHY???) I am trying...
What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Hola, desde hace 3 meses me estan cobrando 99 pesos por una suscripcion que nunca hize ni autorize, como la cancelo ???? no quiero el servicio y no se porque se activo. gracias
